Across the nation communities are facing a teacher shortage. The course Intro to Education & Training is intended to give experience to high school students who are considering a profession in education, either early childhood, elementary, or middle/high school, as an adult care professional, or working as a profession as a trainer.

1. I feel that there is a teacher shortage because of lack of pay in the profession. People see that teachers are not paid enough, especially in South Dakota.

4. I have been blessed with several amazing teacers that have been truly influential in my life. You can sense they care if you learn or not. That is something that is hard to find in teachers.

ReplyDelete1. I feel there is a teacher shortage because the pay isn't the best and not very many people like to work with kids anymore.
2.In a way I am, but then again no. I plan to be a stay at home mom, so I will be teaching and taking care of my kids, but other than that I don't believe I will persue a fulltime career in any teaching&training fields.
3.Yes I do! There are a boat load of them out there!
4.My life has been affected by teachers I'm with for most of the year and by working with my boss at the daycare.
